TRANSLATION IS NOT MY HOBBY

​A quick reminder: translation is not my hobby.

Being a doctor is not a hobby, being an architect is not a hobby, and the same goes for any other occupation, whether intellectual or manual.

So, please stop asking me if I am a full-time translator or if I translate when I don't know what else to do.
I pursue many hobbies in my spare time, but none of them involves translation.
